Miroku, Sango, and Kagome were Begginners In Medicine Practice Fresh Out Of Small Villages Exept Kagome, For She was from their Future. They were willing to do anything the More Experienced Doctors such as Inuyasha Told them. Inuyasha learned his stuff from his boss, sesshomaru, who wasn't that nice.

The Interns Caught On To Inuyasha And Did As Kagome, until he was well enought to leave.

Only when he left three Days later He died and Everyone Knew That He didn't just die, so they dug into it for a while until they found out that he never recieved any medical service whatsoever. They Fighured There was A good Reason for it so theyleft it alone.
