Chuckle, laugh, chuckle.  If the rest of the story is as funny as the first chapter, you've got a winner here.  I'm especially glad you're keeping them as youkai and made Kagome into a kick-ass female.  I agree with Kei, they do make a 'cute' couple.  Kei sounds like a hottie, too.  Maybe she has another female friend to match him with as payback.
