I think you've just made my day. Seriously... I love this series so far. I love how the characters are actually in character and not OCs wearing Miroku and Sango suits, I love the fact that you know how to spell and how to use punctuation. You've managed to write something few errors of any sort, which is why I tip my hat to you.

Apart from all of the above, I love your description and teh emotionthat you've weaved through this.

"Being the resourceful monk he was, Miroku tossed his shakujo aside and, smiling gleefully, caught her in a bear hug."

I can see Miroku's gleeful smile! I loves it! I love the image of Sango's red face afterwards even more, but dear me, this part in particular made me smile and giggle. Gorgeous; with such few and simple words you managed to make me collapse into a puddle of fangoo. 

Simply put, this is awesomely done. Lovely, lovely work. Keep up the great work and be careful of missing words. ^_^
