They almost hadn't made it out of the well and well house.  He was hurt so badly this time.  Worse then she had ever seen him.  With his left arm around her shoulders she struggled to get him to the house.  She knew she wasn't going to make it on her own.

Desperation made her do the one thing she knew she shouldn't.

I did like it.  I enjoyed the why behind his change and the fact that Sess was there for their friends when they couldn't be.  Kagome will be crushed about the well but now you have me intrigued.  I wonder where the last shards are?  I think I know but I'll wait to see your next chapter.  Great work!

True it was short but very enjoyable and helped to move the plot along by increasing the girls understanding of the true ages of youkai.  You did leave a whopper of a cliffhanger!  Can't wait until next time.

I love the idea of Miroku and Sango being spiritually bound.  I've never seen a fic where Miroku kept the powers from the yokai he sucked in but it does makes sense seeing that he can keep up with Inuyasha and has shown he has a great deal of strength.  Great work!
