It's eating me up that I actually never reviewed you. I read you story before I made my own side so I couldn't review. But this story was the very first fanfic I ever read. And I just wanted to thank you for getting me started, because now I'm also writing and I'm really glad I began that. So I just wanted to thank you for writing the story that repeatly shows up in my mind, especially when I hear a song that I heard when I was still reading for the first time, now that song is just tied to that part in your story. This was one of the best stories I have read. You developed all of the characters so I understood their POV and extended the Inuyasha universe. Please make it into a series.
As one of your new fans, I want to know how : Kagome makes out as a new demon, how Sesshomaru adapts to his new family life, how Rin and Shippo grow up, how a demon slayer and an ex-monk adjust to being demons and if they have any demon children, how Kikyo and Inuyasha finally get their shot at happienss and how they rule their new land, and if a rejeuvenated and sexy Kaede finds her happiness too? And, Of course, can they still go down the well to Kagome's home and what new world will they find there?

Well thank you so very much. I am blushing. I do plan to do a sequel. There has been too much of a demand for me to ignore it. I am working on it as a side project. As soon as I conclude Life on the Island, I will start posting the sequel. I had no idea that so many people would want the story to go on. I actually thought that I was dragging it out too long. I do have to say that I am happy that I was wrong. Thank you so very much again for taking the time to review. Reviews are an author's oxygen; they keep up going when we are stuck.

I have so enjoyed the detail you've put into them all gathering together and especially their training. That helps to slowly build up an excitement for the coming battle. I have a feeling, it will be detailed differently from most other battle scenes. Most of them tend to mimic each other. A few stand out from them. I'm eager to read yours.

Thank you! I try so hard to give an accurate picture. I feel that most battles and fights are lost in stories because of lack of description, and they are often meant to be the most exciting parts. I am desperately trying to keep everything interesting while describing what you would see if you were actually there. Glad to know that I am not loosing interest to description. Thanks again!
