I always worry about that as well! I also knew I loved my husband from the moment we met, but since many kids (AKA, our readers, lol) don't believe that, I always find myself explaining to them that there are situations where you can fall in love rather quickly. This is great so far, and I'm really enjoying this. The only thing I disagree with (but in your particular story, I understand it, given the circumstances) is bashing Kikyou. I actually really like Kikyou. I think she's a strong and complex character, and people judge her too quickly because of Kagome. But don't get me wrong, Kagome's my girl! I adore her. I really wish Kagome and Sango would get together more often, but maybe I just haven't gotten far enough into the story yet... And yay for lemons! LOL

A good start to a seemingly good story! I must read more! How is it that we all think of Inuyasha as a rock star in AU's, lol? Well, maybe not all, but at least you and I do... Although my Inuyasha isn't quite as much of a jackass, hehe. I hope to see this through to the end - happy writing! :D
Author's Response: Thank you! Hope you read more, and thanks for the review! My InuYasha starts off as a jackass, like in the anime/manga, but he gets to be less of one as he gets involved with Kagome. His character development paralells the snime/mange somewhat, as does the story. This is my first AU, I usually use the canon settings for my stories. I have 52 chapters an the story will probably go on for 20 more - hope you can stick with it!

Author's Response: Sorry you feel that way - most people could not wait until Kikyo was told off. And the action will be coming up in the following chapters - after the last concert. Just because InuYasha and Kagome are together does not mean the story is over - maybe to you, but certainly not to me, other readers and the characters. I will not end it here, they still have a lot of action coming up as they find clues on Midorikos whereabouts. But hey, I am not forcing you to read it.

I haven't recently - I mostly post to Mediaminer.org (my favorite fanfic site), AdultFanFiction.net, and Eternal Destiny. This story also appears on FanFiction.net as well. I don't know if I like AnimeSpiral that much, since I can't tell how many hits I am getting on my stories. Maybe I will get back there sometime.
By the way, this story is up for an award by the InuYasha Fan Guild, and I just completed chapter 37....
