hmm... so inuyashas full demon now? i truly wonder what the hell happened for such a drastic change to occur...

Kaede & Shippo aren't gone. But if you remember they weren't there when Naraku was killed. They were safe with the rest of the few survivors of Kaede's village. So technically - out of the original inu-tachi - Kagome is the only one left who ACTUALLY SAW NARAKU DIE. It will be explained why they thought Inuyasha was dead in the upcoming chapters.
