First off really good story, but there was no corn in Japan 500 years ago. Corn is a new world food and did not get to Europe till after Colombus (it got to Japan even later). Even today there is almost no fresh corn in Japan, it is almost all imported from the U.S. Sorry to nitpick but the corn thing sort of threw me off of the story for a momen. Anyway great story hope to read more soon!

Author's Response: Ohh...tell you the truth, I had no idea that was true. I'm a math person, my history is bad, I'm glad you pointed it out. I live in the US and have never left, so I have no idea what grows over there! XD Of course I could look it up, but the reason was becasue I was eating corn when I typed up the chapter, so I just put it in without thinking. I'll see if I can just change it to something else. Yeah, I'm slowly posting the chapters here as I'm trying to catch up to where I currently am, but I just can't resist editing each one before putting them up. So it's taking a bit longer than just doing a mass uploading on one night. I hope to catch up quickly though! As far as Kouga's feelings on having Kagome to mate - I just kinda went with the same feel I'd gotten from the manga. It does get explained a bit more later, but since it doesn't fully play out you can just imagine that either he'd be fine with hanyou because they'd be HIS, and anything that's from him is automatically awesome, or that he'd just refrain from having children.

Author's Response: Well, I'm not technically 'continuing', more like pulling a hole in the story and filling it. Yea, when I type up these chapters, I did chapter three in about 20 minutes, so there might be a few grammar errors. I think I found a few while rereading, but I haven't had the time to go back and fix them. Well, I'm actually in a hurry, so I can start my AU story, get going on my ETL story, and maybe even start my new idea 'Brother's Keeper'. So I think I bit off more then I could chew. ;) Glad you're enjoying it! :D
