This was done for the lj comm iy_bsides. It takes place after the main story of my ongoing (and currently reworked) fic Unexpected Endeavors. In this story, Sesshomaru asks Kagome to be the mother of his heir, and Kagome—accidentally—agrees. Of the main characters, there is one additional original character: Haru, Sesshomaru’s half-brother via their mother.
