Life to Neiyuki has always been a fairly simple thing: If somebody hits you, turn the other cheek. One fateful event, however, turns this outlook into it's polar opposite: survival of the fittest. Leaving the remaining people of her village behind, the young demoness decides to take her chances surviving among the humans...which to her, seems to have a better outlook then wasting away in the snow. However, she is not greeted with open arms and in a matter of minutes starts conflict with a small force of soldiers, drawing attention to herself from a variety of sources. She merely wishes to find a place similar to her home, except with one change: no human will ever hurt her or her family again. Throughout her journey, she discovers some men who try to help her; both human and demon alike, as well as some who would rather take her head and weapon as a mere display trophey. In the end, she will have to choose between fighting to the death or loosing herself forever...

And because I'm kind of slow when it comes to figuring out all this stuff, this story mostly revolves around my OC and the Band of Seven, along with reoccuring appearances from some of the other characters. No, before you start steriotyping, this is NOT one of those kinds of Band of Seven/OC stories. Remember: Try to appreciate, before you start hate.
